GAC Aion announced April sales of 41,012 units, up 302% year-over-year and 2.5% sequentially, and cumulative sales of 121,320 units from January to April, up 120% year-over-year.
From January to March, BAE produced 87,399 units and sold 78,318 units, an increase of 99.1% and 74.5% respectively. In March, the sales volume exceeded 40,000 units for the first time, reaching 40,025 units, up 97% year-on-year.
As previously reported, the Aion Hyper GT pure electric sedan opened for pre-sale on April 16, with a pre-sale price of 219,900-339,900 yuan. The car’s length, width and height are 488018851455mm, with a wheelbase of 2910mm, based on GAC’s AEP3.0 platform and positioned as a pure electric mid-size sedan.
