Fuji will hold a press conference on May 24 and is expected to release a variety of new products including the X-S20 camera. According to Fujirumors, the Fuji X-S20 camera will use the previous generation CMOS + new Processor, supports 6K video recording.
According to reports, the X-S20 will use the X-Processor 5 processor. Thanks to the new processor, the camera is capable of recording 6K/30p and 4K/60p video. In comparison, the X-S10 with the same sensor can record up to 4K/30p.
According to previous reports, the X-S20 does not use the X-H2’s 40.2-megapixel back-illuminated “X-Trans CMOS 5 HR” sensor, nor the X-H2s’ 26.16-megapixel stacked “X-Trans CMOS 5 HR” sensor. The Trans CMOS 5 HS” sensor still uses the old 26-megapixel CMOS, which is the same sensor as the X-T4 and X-T3.
In addition, it was previously reported that the Fuji X-S20 camera will be equipped with the same NP-W235 battery as the X-T4, which has a larger battery capacity than the X-S10.
