Foxconn has now announced the latest revenue data: March revenue was 400.3 billion NT dollars (currently about 90.067 billion CNY), a monthly decrease of 0.43%, an annual decrease of 21.11%, the third highest in the same period over the years, roughly equivalent to the company’s expectations.
In the first quarter of 2023, Foxconn’s revenue was NT$1,462.7 billion, a quarterly decrease of 25.26% and an annual increase of 3.87%, a record high for the same period in history, which is also in line with the company’s outlook and expectations disclosed in the law.

Looking ahead to the second quarter:
Based on the fact that it has entered the transition period of new and old products, and the shortage of materials in 2021 has eased in the first half of last year, the kinetic energy of purchasing goods in the first half of last year was higher than the general seasonal performance. "Components and other product categories": Due to the decline in shipments of consumer intelligence and computer terminal products, this category declined slightly year-on-year.
"Consumer smart product category": Due to the launch of new products in the same period last year, the base period was relatively high, so this category declined year-to-year.
"Computer terminal product category": Due to the slowdown in PC market demand, this category has declined year-on-year.
Revenue in the first quarter of 2023 will be 1.4627 billion, an increase of 3.87% year-on-year. Compared with the same period last year, the "consumer smart product category" has grown significantly, the "cloud network product category" has remained roughly flat, and the performance of "computer terminal product category" and "components and other product categories" has declined slightly. described as follows:
(1) "Consumer smart product category": In January, due to the resumption of normal production at the Zhengzhou plant, shipments of such products increased, so this category has grown significantly compared with the same period last year.
(2) "Cloud network product category": The year-to-year performance of this category was roughly flat.
(3) "Computer terminal product category": Due to the slowdown in PC market demand, the performance of this category declined slightly compared with the same period last year.
(4) "Components and other product categories": Due to the conservative momentum of purchases, the performance of this category declined slightly compared with the same period last year.
