It is noticed that the Mondeo hybrid version’s exterior design follows Changan Ford’s latest family style. The front face adopts a hexagonal air intake grille and LED headlights. The body lines are smooth, and “HYBRID” is added to the rear of the car. The logo highlights the hybrid identity. The body dimensions of this model are 4935/1875/1500 mm and the wheelbase is 2945 mm, which is consistent with the current model. In addition, the Mondeo hybrid version also offers a variety of front enclosure styling options. The interior of the Mondeo hybrid version is also the same as the current model. The biggest highlight is the through-type dual screen composed of a 12.3-inch LCD instrument and a 27-inch large multimedia screen. It is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 820A car-grade chip and runs Ford’s new The first-generation SYNC+2.0 smart mobility interconnection system supports full-screen map display, voice interaction, gesture control and other functions. In terms of configuration, the Mondeo hybrid version also has online navigation, on-board 4G Wi-Fi hotspot, OTA upgrade, on-board ETC, electronic handbrake, keyless entry/start, rain-sensing wipers, Ford vehicle-road coordination system, tire pressure display and Ford Send remote mobile phone interconnection, etc.

In terms of power, the Mondeo hybrid version is equipped with a 1.5T hybrid system, which is composed of a 1.5T turbocharged engine and an electric motor. The maximum net power of the engine is 138 kW, the maximum power of the electric motor is 88 kW, and the comprehensive system power is 188 kW. The fuel consumption performance of this model is better than the current 1.5T fuel version. The fuel consumption per 100 kilometers under comprehensive operating conditions is only 4.86 liters. At the same time, the acceleration performance is also expected to be improved. In terms of transmission, the new car is equipped with an E-CVT gearbox.
