Electric car manufacturer Fisker displayed the production version of the Pear pure electric compact SUV that is about to be put into production at its store in Los Angeles. The car is available in single-motor rear-drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive models and is expected to be sold starting from The price is US$29,900 and it is planned to be officially put into production in July 2025.
The exterior design of Fisker Pear is very avant-garde. Its biggest highlight is the “transparent A-pillar” design. Through the combination of camera and display screen, the blind spot of the A-pillar can be eliminated and driving safety improved. In addition, the production version also canceled the streaming rearview mirror of the concept car and replaced it with traditional exterior rearview mirrors.
The tail design of Fisker Pear is also very distinctive. The tailgate does not use the common upward flip-up or side-opening type. Instead, the rear windshield and tailgate are opened in sequence by sliding down to the lower part of the trunk floor. This can save space. Convenient for loading and unloading items.
In terms of interior design, Fisker Pear is equipped with a 17.1-inch rotating touch screen above the center console. The instrument panel has been canceled and replaced by a display area integrated with the center console trim that can display simplified driving information. Fisker Pear also provides a rest mode, in which all seat backs can be folded down to allow passengers to enjoy a more comfortable resting space.
Fisker Pear has two powertrain options, single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor four-wheel drive. Fisker did not disclose specific power parameters, but said that the Pear series can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds and has a WLTP cruising range of between 320 km and 560 km.
Fisker is a new energy vehicle brand from California, USA.
