Samsung has recently intensively pushed Android 13 / One UI 5 system updates for more than 20 Galaxy models, and now it is the turn of the original Galaxy Z Flip. However, it should be noted that this update is the 5G version, and the LTE version may have to wait for a while due to the use of different processors.
Samsung is pushing Android 13 / One UI 5 system updates to the original Galaxy Z Flip 5G in about 10 European markets, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy and Poland. Users can download updates through “Settings” – “Software Update”.
The original Galaxy Z Flip and Galaxy Z Flip 5G launched in 2020 with Android 10 pre-installed. According to Samsung’s official policy, the original Galaxy Z Flip can only receive up to 3 major version updates, which means it will miss Android 14.
