Mozilla plans to introduce a new feature in its Firefox browser, Firefox, in March 2023 that will enable native support for system notifications on Win10 and Win11 devices.
The Action Center in the Win10 system and the Notification Center in the Win11 system can directly display the notification content from the Firefox browser.
Firefox, like most web browsers, supports push notifications from a website to the user. In the current version of Firefox, notifications are pushed as small windows that stay for a while and then disappear. Users cannot view previous notifications.
Mozilla plans to natively support the notification system in Windows in Firefox 111, which is scheduled to be released on March 14, 2023.
