Final Fantasy 16 will be officially released on June 22, landing on PS5, the game collector’s edition includes the statue of Ifrit, 8 badges, a cloth Valisthea map, an iron box and the game’s weapon “Blood Sword”.

The official price of the collector’s edition is £329.99/$349.99, but it is already completely sold out at Square Enix’s online store. Although consumers can join the waiting list and wait for a notification when stock is available, this has given scalpers the opportunity to take advantage of it. eBay has already seen the sale of the collector’s edition at double the price or even higher, with some scalpers even offering a sky-high price of £999.99.

However, it’s hard to imagine that anyone would really want to pay that much for a set of items that the seller hasn’t even gotten his hands on yet, since the physical discs won’t ship until June 22.
