Evergrande Group said that the first vehicle of Hengchi 5 came off the production line on December 30 last year, and the global pre-sale was launched on July 6, with orders exceeding 37,000 units in less than 15 days, and the mass production is officially started today, and the delivery will be started in October.
In addition, Hengchi Auto will speed up the development and mass production of other models, Hengchi 6 will be launched at the end of this year and mass production in the first half of next year; Hengchi 7 will be launched in the first half of next year and mass production in the second half of next year, and also speed up the development progress of Hengchi 1 and Hengchi 3.
Hengchi Auto previously said that the first 10,000 new cars will be delivered one after another from October this year, and the first 10,000 cars must be delivered before the first quarter of next year.
The Hengchi 5 is a pure electric luxury SUV with a body size larger than the BMW X1. The Hengchi 5 is equipped with Ningde Times lithium iron phosphate battery with a rated power of 72.8KWh and a range of 602km, and in fast charging mode, it takes only 28 minutes to charge from 30% to 80%.
Hengchi 5 car pre-sale 179,000 yuan, including 15 days to return the car to refund 10 rights and interests, this is the first model of Hengda Auto. Previously, Hengchi 5 car pre-sale production is about 10,000 units, and the first delivery is expected to be from October 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.
