EA announced that it will launch a mobile game “EA Sports FC Tactical”, which is a turn-based strategy football game that will be launched in early 2024.
According to reports, the game will feature “interactive simulations” that will allow players to connect with more than 5,000 real football stars from more than ten leagues including the Premier League, LALIGA EA SPORTS, Bundesliga, Ligue 1 and Serie A.
This game is not “EA SPORTS FC Mobile” which was renamed from “FIFA Mobile”, but a brand new game.
“EA Sports FC Tactical takes a strategic approach to gameplay to create a new soccer experience that connects players to the world game like never before,” said Nick Wlodyka, senior vice president and general manager of EA Sports FC.
EA Sports FC Tactical will emphasize in-game strategies such as endurance and power management. Multiple modes of competition will feature turn-based gameplay, allowing players to attack, defend, move, and more. EA promises “realistic football action like never before.”
In addition, the game will support online friendly matches and online competitions, including level matches, league matches, etc. Players can train their stars to master highly-skilled moves, unlock perfect traits, and customize their teams with everything from stadium designs to uniforms and balls.
