This coming electric vehicle is now on track to release as it gets an official declaration from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. For the coming Dongfeng electric saloon, it sits comfortably, with a range of 415 kilometres on a single charge. The front-mounted single motor on this vehicle boasts of 163-horsepower with up to 280Nm of torque. It comes with a 57.2kWh battery capacity, which assures it of its range under NEDC testing conditions. The Chinese EV market will welcome the Dongfeng Fengxing S60EV in a few weeks.
According to our sources, this electric saloon will retail at 159,900 yuan (~$23,100) for its base model. We are not certain of the configurations this electric vehicle will launch with. The launch date of this EV along with its full configuration will be made available by the company.
