According to the official introduction, the BR100 series is developed based on the original chip architecture of Biren Technology, using a mature 7nm process and combining a number of cutting-edge chip design, manufacturing and packaging technologies, including Chiplet (core technology), with the advantages of high computing power, high energy efficiency and high versatility.
