Diablo: Immortal” global revenue broke 100 million dollars: U.S. players opened their eyes, kryptonite ranked first

Blizzard’s Diablo: Immortal handheld game has surpassed $100 million in global revenue in less than two months since its launch, according to data released Thursday by mobile market intelligence firm Sensor Tower.

According to the statistics, Diablo: Immortals is one of the fastest-grossing handheld games, taking eight weeks to reach $100 million. The first place is “Pokemon GO”, which took only two weeks.

In addition, since its global release, Diablo: Immortal has become the 13th highest-grossing handheld game in the world.

On July 25, Diablo: Immortal’s national service opened for public testing and immediately received unimpressive data. According to statistics, in the first two days after the launch, Diablo: Immortal ranked first in all categories in the domestic Apple App Store. On July 26, Diablo: Immortal’s revenue was second only to Tencent’s Glory of Kings and higher than that of Peace Elite.

In addition, U.S. players ranked No. 1 for kryptonite in Diablo: Immortal, No. 2 in Korea and No. 3 in Japan. the App Store accounted for about 59 percent of total player spending worldwide, while Google Play accounted for about 41 percent.

According to Mobilegamer.biz, Diablo: Immortal was downloaded 6.85 million times in its first week of availability, and by July 23, the number surpassed 20 million. Thirty days after the game’s release, Diablo: Immortal had earned $48.98 million.
