BYD’s Denza Motors announced that the Denza N7 SUV has reached 10,569 orders in 7 days of blind ordering. Previously, the Denza N7 SUV was available for blind ordering for 6 hours, with 5,367 orders. The combined orders from Shanghai and Beijing Shenzhen exceeded 2000 units. During the blind booking period, the intended deposit of RMB 777 can be offset against the car payment of RMB 3,000.
Recent certification information from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology shows that the Denza N7 is equipped with a 91.392kWh power battery and is available in two range versions: the CLTC, which has a pure electric range of 702km and an overall weight of 2320Kg, is expected to be a 2WD version; and the CLTC, which has a pure electric range of 630km and an overall weight of 2440Kg, is expected to be a 4WD version.
The CLTC is expected to be a 4WD version. The N7 will be the first vehicle in the world to be equipped with the Cloud Chariot-A intelligent air body control system (standard version).
In terms of interior, the Denza N7 supports the AR-HUD instrument screen, which displays hovering road information at all times, eliminating the need to turn your head to look at the instruments and the centre console. In addition, the Denza Link is equipped with a 6nm chip, supports an ecosystem of millions of applications, and integrates 5G technology and Dewaray audio. It also features a six-link immersive smart scene, with intelligent colour-changing ambient lighting for listening to songs and watching dramas on the passenger side and the ability to close the electric sunshade. The cabin is made from baby-grade skin-friendly materials, has eight airbags throughout the vehicle and uses a high percentage of strong steel and CTB battery body integration technology to improve safety. The Denza N7 can also be fitted with 2 child safety seats and when the user moves the passenger seat back, it can be switched on in spoiler mode. The car has a large amount of space in the lateral, longitudinal and head areas, and different parts of the seat are made of different densities of foam to ensure support and softness.
The Denza N7 will also gradually release three major smart technologies: Smart Chassis, Smart Cockpit and Smart Driving.
The Denza N7 features a closed front with concealed door handles, cut-through tail lights and large wheels. According to the declaration, the N7 has a length, width and height of 4860/1935/1602 mm, a wheelbase of 2940 mm, a top speed of 180 km/h and the option of LIDAR.
The single-motor version has a rated power of 70kW and a peak power of 230kW, while the dual-motor version has a rated power of 75kW at the front and 70kW at the rear and a peak power of 160kW at the front and 230kW at the rear.
