Dell Announces Precision 5480 and 5680: with 14/16-inch and Optional RTX Ada Graphics

Dell announced new Precision 5480 / 5680 thin and light mobile workstation today, screen size 14/16 inches, equipped with 13th generation Core, optional Nvidia’s newly released RTX Ada professional graphics card.

The Precision 5480 is a 14-inch mobile workstation with optional FHD+ and QHD+ 16:10 60 Hz screens, a quad-narrow-edge design, 500-nit brightness, and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. Graphics are available with the RTX A1000 Ampere and the newly announced RTX 2000 Ada and RTX A3000 Ada.

Dell describes the Precision 5680 as the smallest footprint 16-inch mobile workstation with a choice of i5-13600H to i9-13900H vPro processors and a choice of RTX A1000, RTX 2000 Ada, RTX 3500 Ada, RTX 4000 Ada and RTX 5000 Ada graphics cards. The screen size is 16 inches with an optional UHD+ OLED touchscreen up to the maximum. Battery options up to 99.5 Wh.

The Dell Precision 5480 and Precision 5680 mobile workstations will be available starting in April and May, respectively, with prices yet to be announced.
