The game will be released on January 27th, 2023 (unlocked on the 28th in China) and will cost $248 for the standard version on Steam. The game is a complete remake of the original Dead Space released in 2008, made with EA’s own engine, the Frost Engine, and supports Simplified Chinese and Chinese dubbing.
Dead Space’s official Twitter account has now announced the pre-release dates for Dead Space Remastered on all platforms, with XSX|S opening on January 20th and the PC (Steam) and PS5 versions opening on January 26th at 0:00 BST.
In addition, the PlayStation trophy website psnprofiles has updated the full list of Dead Space Remastered trophies with 48 trophies, including 35 Bronze, 10 Silver, 2 Gold and 1 Platinum trophy.
Microsoft will be bringing a number of games to Xbox consoles next week (23-29 January), including 11 titles such as Dead Space.
Dead Space is a series of third-person, over-the-shoulder shooters from Visceral Games, a division of ArtPac Games, released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii, iOS and Android platforms.
The official game description reads: The sci-fi survival horror classic returns, completely rebuilt to provide a more immersive experience, including visual, sound and gameplay improvements, while doing its best to faithfully recreate the thrilling visuals of the original game.
