Crucial launched the T500 PCIe 4.0 M.2 2280 NVMe SSD, replacing the old P5 Plus.
According to the introduction, Crucial T500 SSD adopts a Phison E25 controller and Micron 232L 3D TLC NAND flash memory with LPDDR4 cache.
In terms of parameters, this series of SSDs can achieve sequential read speeds of up to 7,400 MB/s, sequential write speeds of up to 7,050 MB/s, random read speeds of up to 1,180k IOPS, and sequential write speeds of up to 1,200k IOPS. 1TB models can achieve a total of up to 600 TBW of write capacity.
In terms of price, the series of SSD 1TB is priced at $ 120 (currently about RMB 878), 2TB at $ 170 (currently about RMB 1244), and the heat sink version of $ 10 more expensive.
