Microsoft has announced that Exchange Server 2013 is entering a 31-day countdown, urging businesses and users still using the version to complete the upgrade as soon as possible. Microsoft has previously issued a warning recommending that users migrate to Exchange Online or Exchange Server 2019.

Microsoft said Exchange Server 2013 will cease support on April 11, 2023, and that the version will still run normally when it expires. Only the devices that still run this version are at risk, and Microsoft will not provide a patch to fix security vulnerabilities once they occur.
Microsoft recommends that users use Microsoft FastTrack to migrate to Exchange Online, a tool and resource that allows for seamless migration. The migration process using FastTrack is supported by an engineer who will guide you through the migration if you need help.
