Corsair today announced the CORSAIR TBT200 Thunderbolt 4 docking station, compatible with laptops, Macs, PCs and Chromebooks.
According to reports, TBT200 has no less than four Thunderbolt 4 interfaces and a large number of additional connections, including HDMI 2.0, DP1.4, 2.5Gb network port, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C and Type-A, UHS-II SD 4.0 More interfaces such as card readers are still 40Gbps bandwidth, and up to 3 Thunderbolt devices can be connected at the same time.
Users can choose to connect to monitors via any combination of HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort cables, or via the included USB Type-C to DisplayPort and USB Type-C to HDMI adapters, supporting everything from 4K TVs to professional hardware.
In addition, TBT200 also supports a host power output of up to 96W, which can drive a laptop with full performance, or use smart charging technology to simultaneously charge a series of devices at the same time.
Corsair also launched the new TBT100 DP Thunderbolt 3 docking station today. TBT100 DP retains the shape, design and function of TBT100, and adds two DisplayPort 1.4 interfaces, and TBT100 DP also has Thunderbolt 3’s 40Gbps bandwidth and various interfaces, including a Gigabit Ethernet port, UHS-II SD card reader, 2 USB Type-C SuperSpeed 10Gbps, etc., also supports 85W power output.
The CORSAIR TBT200 Thunderbolt 4 expansion dock is currently selling at Amazon for $339.99 (about 2428 RMB), while the CORSAIR TBT100 DP Thunderbolt 3 is $289.99 (about 2071 RMB).
