Game publisher Meridiem Games recently confirmed that “Silent Hill 2 Remastered” will be launched on the PlayStation 5 game console in 2024.
A physical PS5 version of the game has been confirmed, and the game is available to pre-order now for $69.99 and $89.99 CAD.
“Silent Hill 2: Remastered” is developed by famous series veterans Noda Ito, Akira Yamaoka, and Moto Okamoto. The main development team Bloober Team claims that the game will “bring a top-notch visual feast, comparable to the remake of the “Resident Evil” series.” , and brings “Japanese dubbing”, “more realistic character expression details”, “completely reworked enemy AI”, and “4K texture support”, so some players also call the game a “4K high-definition remake of Dumb Tun”.
