OPPO in-house UI, ColorOS is in the development for the next version which is powered by the upcoming Android 13. Other than OPPO, Oneplus has also become the device that will use ColorOS 13, ever since its return to OPPO and also share the same timeline of the release for the device.
ColorOS 13 Features (rumored)
According to Digital Chat Station, the icon on each setting becomes more colorful and lively compared to the ColorOS12 all-green colored icon. The tipster stated that the animation of the transition and multi-device interconnection dynamic effects is improved to be smoother, and it also enables the user to operate folder creation for the smartphone via PC.
It also stated that privacy protection is enhanced in the next step. The application flow is improved more for a better user experience in the background apps.
For a better experience, you can custom the widgets from the desktop, which can be put on the phone’s home screen.
Release date confirmed
As per the release date, the ColorOS13 internal test will start in early July 2022, based on Android 13 beta 3. The public beta is available sometime around early August 2022.
The first devices that will get the first experience with the ColorOS13 are OPPO Find N, Oppo Find X5 Pro, and Oneplus 10 Pro.
The rest of the lineup of OPPO that also going to obtain the ColorOS13 are Reno series(starting from Reno 3 series), A series, F series(starting from F19 series), and K series(starting from K9 series)
