Citroen has unveiled a new corporate brand identity, the tenth major update to the Citroen brand’s identity since its inception in 1919. The original logotype was inspired by the first metalworking company to produce chevron gear systems created by André Citroen, founder of the Citroen brand. Since then, the “double-shaped” logo has been the core of Citroen’s brand image.
The new logo will make its debut at the end of September with a Citroen family concept car. From mid-2023, different versions of the new logo will be progressively applied to Citroen production cars and concepts.
In addition to the new logo, Citroen also launched a new corporate identity program and a new brand slogan “Nothing Moves Us Like Citroen”.
In addition, Citroen is launching a comprehensive corporate identity program, further demonstrating that Citroen is accelerating its commitment to build electric cars that are affordable for all.
