In its latest blog post, Cisco announced that Webex, a video conferencing app for iPad, will support multi-window and front-of-house scheduling to further enhance users’ collaboration experience and productivity.
Jeetu Patel, executive vice president and general manager of security and collaboration at Cisco, said users using the Webex Meeting app on the iPad can use a variety of work applications such as Webex Meetings, notes, calendar and email at the same time, making it easier for people to multitask.
Previously, users had to use picture-in-picture and work across screens on the iPad, now users can chat on one screen and pay attention to pop-ups side-by-side.
An official blog post that Webex Meetings now also adds support for Stage Manager. iPad users of Webex can keep their displays organized to improve their focus while working.
