Cisco Introduces Board Pro Whiteboard and Webex Contact Center Solutions

Cisco launched two Microsoft Teams certified products, including the Cisco Board Pro whiteboard and Webex Contact Center.

The Cisco Board Pro is the first Cisco Rooms device officially certified for Microsoft Teams, available in 55-inch and 75-inch models, and runs the Teams Rooms system by default.

Webex Contact Center is a system solution that integrates Teams, which can unify front-office and back-office communications, simplify the collaboration between agents and subject matter experts, and create a connected and seamless experience for customers.

The solution also provides centralized management features such as call interoperability, directory services, presence awareness, and centralized management.

With Cisco’s centralized management capabilities, accessories such as the Desk Camera 4K USB webcam, Cisco Headset 720 Series Bluetooth Wireless Headset, and Cisco Headset 320 Series Wired Headset have been certified for Teams.

Cisco says more devices, including the Cisco Room Bar, Room Kit Pro, Room Kit EQ, Cisco Desk Pro, and Cisco Room Navigator, will follow with Teams certification. Cisco plans to start natively supporting the Teams Panel room scheduling application in mid-2023.
