Google Chrome browser on the iPhone has launched a new feature that allows users to choose to move the address bar to the bottom of the screen. Apple’s Safari browser already supported this feature last year.
Google says this is a feature Chrome users have been waiting for for a long time. Chrome for iOS can place the URL bar at the top or bottom of the interface, depending on the user’s preference.
To move the Chrome address bar, just long-press on it and select the option to “Move address bar to bottom.” Users can also enter the settings menu and select “Address Bar” to change its location.
The current Android version of the Chrome browser does not support this feature.
