According to the China Semiconductor Association, the shortage of chip professionals in China will exceed 250,000 in 2022, and by 2025, the gap will expand to 300,000.
In addition, the size of China’s IC-related graduates in 2020 is about 210,000, accounting for about 2.30% of the total number of graduates.
