Wuling announced today that after five years, China Wuling new energy sales exceeded 1 million units, the first global car Air ev Indonesia off the line, opening the Wuling new energy globalization journey.
Previously for the overseas market, SAIC-GM-Wuling’s first global new energy model, Wuling Air ev, was unveiled in Indonesia on June 1 and was officially announced as the official car of the G20 Summit.
The Wuling Air ev has already appeared in the catalog of new energy vehicles exempted from vehicle purchase tax, with a range of 200km and 300km for the CLTC and battery capacities of 26.7kWh, 26.5kWh, 17.3kWh and 28.4kWh. It is available in standard wheelbase (1635mm) and long wheelbase (2010mm) versions. The standard wheelbase version is rated for 2 passengers and the long wheelbase version is rated for 4 passengers.
In addition, the Wuling AirEV is equipped with either a 30KW or 50KW electric motor and has a length, width and height of 2599/1505/1631mm for the standard wheelbase version and 2974/1505/1631mm for the long wheelbase version.
According to SAIC-GM-Wuling, in 2021, the company exported 145,550 units/set, a record high. From January to June this year, the company exported 85,904 units/set overseas, up 16% year-on-year.
