Chery announced that it will launch 39 new energy vehicles within two years

At the 2023 Chery Technology DAY held today, Dr. Gao Xinhua, executive deputy general manager of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd. and president of the Automotive Engineering Technology R&D Institute, announced Chery Automobile’s future new car plans.

Gao Xinhua said that Chery Automobile will adopt the “comprehensive new energy” and “global intelligence” route, and its future model plans are as follows:

Q4 this year: super hybrid 5 models, high-end electric 4 models based on the E0X platform.

In two years: 24 super hybrid models, 15 E0X high-end electric models.

It was previously reported that in late July this year, the product planning of the Xingtu Xingyuan brand was exposed by the Bilibili up owner @奇瑞中 Fatty.

According to this photo, Exeed Sterra’s product plan for the next three years is roughly as follows:

2023: Launch of 2 pure electric models - medium and large sedan E03, medium and large SUV E0Y.

2024: On the basis of 2023, we will add extended-range models of E03 and E0Y, and launch a "three-row and six-seater" medium and large SUV, providing extended range and pure electric dual power (expected to be the same as the Ideal L8, L9, etc. models compete).

2025: Based on 2024, the hunting SUV and two-door four-seat coupe models will be launched, which will also provide pure electric power and extended-range dual power.

2026: Based on 2025, a "large seven-seater" MPV will be launched, which will still be pure electric and extend range dual power.

This also means that by 2026, the Exeed Sterra brand will provide a full range of models covering sedans/SUVs/MPVs/coupes, and each model will include pure electric power and extended range power.

Currently, Chery Technology DAY is still in progress, and the SUV model Exeed Sterra ET pictured above has appeared in the latest batch of lists from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
