Xiaomi’s POCO brand’s POCO X6 series previously had only two models – POCO X6 and POCO X6 Pro. Today there is another addition to the series with the launch of the POCO X6 Neo. POCO X6 Neo has been launched first in India and will soon enter the global market.

The POCO X6 Neo is the most affordable model in the series, and some compromises have been made in terms of configuration in order to keep the price down. However, for users who pursue high cost performance, this machine still has many highlights.

POCO X6 Neo continues the design language of POCO’s recently launched smartphones. The rear camera module adopts a huge rectangular design, while the frame remains straight, making the whole machine look thin and stylish. The body thickness is only 7.7mm and the weight is 175g, which is very thin and light. In terms of color matching, POCO X6 Neo offers three options: Starry Night Black, Horizon Blue and Mars Orange.

It’s worth mentioning that the POCO X6 Neo is essentially the Redmi Note 13R Pro 5G, which is only available in China. The specs of both phones are exactly the same. POCO X6 Neo is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ display on the front, with a pixel density of 394 PPI, supports 120Hz refresh rate, 1920Hz PWM dimming, 2160Hz touch sampling rate, 1000 nit peak brightness, and uses the fifth generation of Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

In terms of cameras, the POCO X6 Neo rear camera module has two sensors. The main camera is a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor, and the secondary camera is a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is 16MP and the cutout is placed in the center of the top of the screen.

In terms of performance, POCO X6 Neo is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor, supplemented by LPDDR4x memory and UFS 2.2 flash memory. In terms of system, the phone is pre-installed with the MIUI 14 system based on Android 13. POCO promises 2 major Android version updates and 4 years of security updates. Finally, POCO X6 Neo is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging.

Currently, POCO X6 Neo is only available in India, offering two configuration versions: 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB, priced at 15,999 Indian rupees (Note: currently about 1,387 RMB) and 17,999 Indian rupees (currently about 1,387 RMB).
