On September 30, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange disclosed that BYD Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “BYD Semiconductor”) needs to submit supplementary submissions because the financial information recorded in the IPO registration application documents has expired. According to the relevant provisions of Article 29 of the Measures (for Trial Implementation), its issuance and registration procedures are suspended.
Information from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange shows that since September 2021, BYD Semiconductor has been terminated three times because “financial information has expired”.
