BYD Seal launched in Mexico, starting from 778,800 pesos

BYD Seal was officially launched in Mexico on November 29. This is BYD’s second marine aesthetic model launched locally since the Dolphin was launched in September. BYD Seal has been launched in two versions in Mexico: the rear-wheel drive version is priced at 778,800 pesos (Note: The current price is approximately RMB 321,000), and the four-wheel drive version is priced at 888,800 pesos (the current price is approximately RMB 366,000).

As the world’s first mass-produced model equipped with CTB technology, Seal is built on e-platform 3.0, equipped with iTAC intelligent torque control system, and equipped with a maximum 82.56 kWh battery.

It is noted that this model is also the world’s first model equipped with iTAC technology, rear-wheel drive/four-wheel drive architecture, front double wishbone + rear five-link chassis suspension.

In addition, BYD Seal’s front and rear dual motors can output 523 horsepower, accelerate from 0 to 100 seconds in 3.8 seconds, and have a WLTP cruising range of up to 520KM.
