BYD Electronics (International) Co., Ltd. today released its unaudited results for the nine months ended September 30, 2022, and the unaudited turnover in the first nine months reached 71.156 billion RMB, a year-on-year increase of 7.92%; net profit was 1.237 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 42.66%.
BYD Electronics is a platform-based high-end manufacturing enterprise under BYD. Currently, it focuses on the business fields of smartphones and notebook computers, new smart products, automotive intelligent systems and medical health. It is the supplier of the middle frame and back cover of many smartphone brands.
In the first half of 2022, BYD Electronics’ turnover decreased by 1.88% to 43.694 billion RMB, gross profit decreased by 23.94% to 2.328 billion RMB, and net profit of 634 million RMB decreased by 61.43% year-on-year.
Based on this calculation, the turnover of BYD Electronics in the third quarter of 2022 is 27.462 billion RMB, and the net profit is 603 million RMB.
