A total of 22004 new cars were delivered in Israel in November, and BYD ranked third in Israel in November according to total brand deliveries, with the top two being Kia (3167) and Toyota (2659), BYD delivered 2333, Tesla delivered 2300 and Geely delivered 1182.
BYD began delivering ATTO 3 cars in Israel in October, with a local price tag of 156,500 Israeli New Shekels (currently about 322,765 yuan).
BYD is currently undergoing a massive global expansion, entering markets such as Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Brazil, Costa Rica and Colombia. Earlier this year, BYD also announced that it will begin selling passenger cars in Japan in 2023 and plans to build a plant in Thailand to produce 150,000 vehicles per year starting in 2024.
BYD shares recently announced its November 2022 production and sales snapshot on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. 230,400 new energy vehicles were sold in November, up 134.3% year-on-year; 1.628 million units accumulated this year and 509,800 units accumulated last year, a 219.38% cumulative year-on-year surge.
