Bose has launched its new set of TWS earbuds, the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II. The brand claims it has the best noise cancellation support in the whole market, including a comparison done with both in-ear and over-the-ear headphones. It further comes with some interesting sets of specifications like CustomTune Sound Calibration and Bose’s custom sound algorithms.

Bose claims that its latest noise-cancelling buds, including in-ear and over-ear models, are the best on the market. CustomTune sound calibration is included in the new QC Earbuds II. When you put the buds in, they play a proprietary tone that measures the acoustic response of your ear canal and then tailors the audio and noise cancellation to your specific hearing.

ActiveSense, a newly added feature, is Bose’s version on transparency mode, which makes use of sophisticated hardware and Bose sound algorithms. The new QC Earbuds II support Bluetooth 5.3 and are IPX4 water resistant. They do not, however, include multi-point pairing. The buds have a battery life of 6 hours and the charging case has an additional 18 hours. The case’s USB-C port is used for charging.

Bose also includes two silicone tips: one for the in-ear portion and another that works as a fin on the outer ear, ensuring a perfect fit and seal. Each earbud has four microphones, three of which are located on the outside of the earphones.

The Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II will be available in a single triple black colour for $299 at launch, and you can already pre-order a pair directly from Bose. Open sales begin on September 15. Later this year, a second Soapstone colour variant will be available.
