BOE has added several new court announcements. BOE Technology Group Co Ltd, Chongqing BOE Display Technology Co Ltd, and Chengdu BOE Optoelectronics Technology Co Ltd. A people’s court against Samsung (China) Investment Co Ltd, Shanghai Samsung Semiconductor Co Ltd., Samsung Display Co Ltd, Dongguan Samsung Vision Co Ltd, Tianjin Samsung Vision Co Ltd, Samsung Semiconductor (Xi’an) Co Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Samsung) and Chongqing Jingdong Jiapin Trading Co Ltd. and other parties initiated patent infringement lawsuits, involving a total of nine cases:

The nine cases will have their first hearing on May 18 in the First Court of the Intellectual Property Division of the Chongqing No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court.
BOE Technology Group Co Ltd, recently released its first quarterly report for 2023. The company achieved an operating income of RMB 37.973 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 24.77% after adjustment, and achieved a net profit of 247 million attributable to shareholders of listed companies. After that, it decreased by 94.36% year-on-year.
As of December 2022, BOE (BOE) has accumulated more than 80,000 independent patent applications, including more than 28,000 flexible OLED-related patent applications.
