BMW at the IAA Munich Motor Show, in addition to launching the 2024 530e model, also launched two pure electric models i5 eDrive40 and M60 xDrive.









The car is equipped with the fifth-generation BMW eDrive electric drive system and adopts a rear-drive single-motor layout, which can output 335 horsepower (250 kW / 340 PS) and a torque of 430 Nm (317 lb-ft).
The car has an 82 kWh battery inside and has a WLTP range of 497-582 kilometers (309-362 miles), outlasting the more powerful all-wheel-drive version of the M60. The official stated that the acceleration time from 100 kilometers is 6 seconds, and the maximum speed is 193km/h.



The official also launched the flagship pure electric i5 M60 xDrive model, which is also equipped with the fifth-generation BMW eDrive electric drive system, but upgraded with a four-wheel drive dual-motor layout, the motor output power is 380 kW, and the torque is 795 Nm.
Note: The acceleration time from 100 kilometers is 3.8 seconds, the maximum speed is 230km/h, the battery capacity of this car is 81.2kWh, and the WLTP standard cruising range is 455~516km.
