Recently, a forum had leaked a purported screenshot of the third new hero of the return of the Watchtower, and now Blizzard has responded positively to the rumor – confirming it as false.
According to the previous leaks, the hero is named “Kimiko”, support position, can provide healing and acceleration gain for teammates. She wields a large four-bladed shuriken and has a spirit fox on her shoulder. The move is similar to Hanzo’s, which can briefly teleport enemies to “another dimension”.
After that, Jon Spector, the commercial director of Watchtower, came out to dispel the rumor, saying, “Her move is cool, but there’s a huge flaw. Any enemy can reach right up to her stomach and put a seal on it, so that her nine-tailed fox can’t be used. (Normally we don’t comment on things like this, but I just wanted to play a Naruto stunt, and this leak is indeed false).”
