BenQ has launched the new Ideacam S1 Pro and S1 Plus webcams in India, which are now available for purchase from Amazon.com.
The BenQ Ideacam S1 series is a dual-mode IP camera equipped with an 8-megapixel Sony CMOS sensor with a resolution of 3264 x 2488 and a 4:3 aspect ratio, suitable for shooting objects and desktop-background images.
The BenQ Ideacam S1 series cameras support 15x macro shooting, which can be used to capture details; a ring light and a noise-canceling microphone are also integrated on the camera for lighting and better sound collection. The camera provides four shooting modes, namely portrait shooting, desktop view shooting, handheld shooting and macro shooting.
BenQ has developed Enspire software for the new camera, which makes it easy to capture documents, images and more. The Ideacam S1 Pro comes with a dedicated remote called the EnSpire Control Puck for adjusting picture size and silent mode. The two cameras have a built-in 450mAh battery, and the power consumption is about 2W.
