It was reported that Avita Technology, a tripartite cooperation company of Changan, Huawei, and CATL, has reached an agreement with Huawei that its first model, Avita 11, will officially enter Huawei in Beijing this year. , the flagship store in Shenzhen, the news immediately aroused heated discussions among netizens. Afterward, relevant reporters consulted on the matter. The relevant person in charge of Avita said that the news on the Internet was true. Avita will enter two flagship stores in Beijing and Shenzhen in the future, and the official entry time will be around December this year.

At present, the number of Avita directly-operated stores nationwide has exceeded 60, covering first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, as well as more than 20 such as Chengdu and Chongqing. In a new first-tier city, more than 70 auto dealers and more than 150 cooperative stores have been authorized simultaneously, and it is expected to exceed 200 within this year. According to previous news, Avita’s first model is expected to be launched in August 2022 and will be delivered in large quantities during the year. Avita said four new models will be launched by 2025, all of which will use Huawei’s smart car solutions. This means that all Avita models will use Huawei’s “HI” logo, and there is no distinction between Huawei and non-Huawei versions.

Avita is a global smart electric vehicle (SEV) brand jointly created by Changan Automobile, Huawei and CATL. In November 2021, Avita Technology introduced strategic investors in its first round of financing, and completed financing and equity delivery in March 2022. Changan Automobile is the largest shareholder of Avita, with a shareholding ratio of 39.02%; the CATL Consortium is the second largest shareholder, with a total shareholding ratio of 28.99%.
