Avita delivered a total of 5,016 units in March, doubling year-on-month

We learned from Avita officials that it delivered a total of 5,016 units in March, doubling year-on-month. At the same time, the 2024 Avita 12 was launched at the end of March, with a total of 4 models launched, with a price range of 265,800-400,800 RMB.

In terms of appearance, the new car continues the current appearance design and adheres to the overall design concept of “Future Elegance”. It adds Hui gold paint and uses chameleon effect pigments, which can show a “floating gold” effect at specific angles. The new car adopts a simple front face design without a grille. The arc-shaped LED light strips on both sides are integrated with the triangular headlights, which is very futuristic. In addition, the front of the car is equipped with a large number of sensors such as triple lidar, millimeter wave radar, ultrasonic radar and cameras.

Looking from the side of the body, the Avita 12 has smooth body lines, and the fastback design makes it look more agile, without the bulkiness of traditional medium and large cars. The muscular fenders and large wheels perfectly demonstrate the sporty style. The design of the rear of the vehicle is unique, with the window lines converging at the rear to form a sharp V-shaped rear window. The taillights do not adopt a through-type design, and the slender shape creates a simple and sharp visual effect. In addition, there is an active lifting spoiler at the rear of the new car. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5020/1999/1460 (1450) mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 3020mm.

In terms of interior, Avita 12 adopts Gentle Tech minimalist design concept, reducing physical buttons and retaining only commonly used essential buttons. The cockpit adopts a 35.4-inch 4K panoramic widescreen design, with streaming rearview mirror displays on both sides, and the central part is used to display driving-related information. The center console continues to be equipped with a 15.6-inch central control screen, equipped with HarmonyOS Huawei Hongmeng car system and Huawei high-end intelligent driving solution 2.0, which can still achieve high-end intelligent driving assistance functions without high-precision maps.

The front seats of the new model have been upgraded to zero-gravity seats, with 16-way electric adjustment, 3-speed heating/ventilation, 8-point massage and other functions. In addition, the car system card has been optimized, with a variety of new function cards, visual effects and custom entrance optimization, which will be pushed to users through OTA upgrades in the first half of this year.

In terms of power, the Avita 12 four-wheel drive model is equipped with Huawei’s DriveONE dual-motor system, with a total power of 578 horsepower and a CLTC cruising range of 650km. The single-motor model has a maximum power of 313 horsepower and a CLTC cruising range of 700km. The new car is equipped with a CATL ternary lithium battery pack with a capacity of 94.5kWh and supports super fast charging. In addition, the new car is also equipped with air suspension, which can realize active damping adjustment, 45mm travel height adaptive adjustment and other functions. Avita also released the Panshi chassis, which is designed with batteries as the center and is based on CATL integrated intelligent chassis (skateboard chassis) and CTC technology. It is the world’s first ultra-high safety standard pure electric chassis technology solution and can achieve 120km /h No fire or explosion in head-on collision.
