Spy photos of a new Avita model were recently exposed online, and it is expected to be the new Avita 15 (codenamed E15).
The car will have an extended-range pure electric dual version and is expected to be a medium to large SUV, continuing the design style of the Avita family.
It is noticed that Avita Technology President Chen Zhuo once revealed that there will be two products in 2024, and 4 products with extended range power will be added to the production line.
Chen Zhuo said: “There are a large number of fourth- and third-tier cities, including some in the northwest where the weather is colder and the environment is not friendly to pure electric use. In addition, in the Three-North region like Xinjiang, the distance between counties is very, very long. , battery users will have this kind of anxiety, so providing users with an extended-range option is actually more user-friendly.”
Avita currently launches two pure electric models, Avita 11 and Avita 12. Officials have previously revealed that two new cars with internal code names E15 and E16 will be launched in 2024. Therefore, from a planning perspective, it is expected that all four models will be launched with extended-range versions.
