Audi A8L Horch Founder’s Edition 60TFSI Pre-Sale Opens at RMB 2.3 Million

Audi recently officially launched the new A8L Horch Founder’s Edition 60TFSI, and opened the pre-sale, pre-sale price of RMB 2.3 million. The new car uses a 4.0T V8 engine, with strong power performance and luxury design.

The new Audi A8L Horch Founder’s Edition continues the design style of the new A8L, but with exclusive upgrades in the details. In the front part, the new car adopts an exclusive grille that has been trimmed with three circumferential chrome plating, which increases the sense of three-dimensionality and momentum. The headlights use digital matrix LED technology, and the heat vents on both sides of the front surround have a lot of chrome trim, echoing the grille.

Body side, the car compared to the ordinary version of the Audi A8L, the length and wheelbase have increased by 130mm, respectively reaching 5450mm and 3258mm, for the rear passengers to provide a more spacious and comfortable space. The new car is also equipped with 20-inch chrome wheels and provides two exclusive body colours: cloud rain grey and oak green. In addition, the new car is distinguished by an exclusive “HORCH” logo on the C-pillar, chrome exterior mirrors and wheels with the “H” logo.

At the rear, the new Audi A8L Horch Founder’s Edition maintains the robust style of the A8L, adopting OLED taillight clusters and adjusting the shape of the lower surroundings for a more refined look. Of course, as a symbol of exclusivity, the rear of the car also features the “HORCH” logo.

As for the interior, the new Audi A8L Horch Founder’s Edition follows the overall design style of the A8L. It is worth mentioning that the new car has the “HORCH” logo embedded in many parts of the interior and is equipped with illuminated “HORCH” door sill trims, continuing the exclusive experience emphasized in the exterior design. The seats and doors are designed with diamond-shaped stitching, and premium leather is used to enhance the sense of luxury and comfort.

Powering the new Audi A8L Horch Founder’s Edition is a 4.0T V8 twin-turbocharged engine, a high-performance engine jointly developed by Audi and Porsche that is used in a number of models from the Porsche and Bentley brands. With a maximum power of 338 kW and a maximum torque of 660 Nm, the engine is mated to an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission and Quattro four-wheel drive, and accelerates to 100 kilometers in just 4.8 seconds.
