ASUS W790E-SAGE SE motherboard listing appears: Supports Xeon W-3400 processor

The ASUS PRO WS W790E-SAGE SE workstation motherboard is now listed, supports 8-channel memory, and is suitable for Intel’s new Xeon W-3400 series workstation processors. The motherboard is priced at 18,999 CNY and is temporarily out of stock.

According to reports, ASUS Pro WS W790-Sage SE (SE stands for Special Edition) supports seven PCIe 5.0 x16 slots, one of which is electrically an x8 slot; supports eight-channel memory with a maximum capacity of 2 TB. Its M.2 slots are all 22110 types, with two of the three slots supporting PCIe 5.0 and the third supporting PCIe 4.0. The motherboard features dual 10 Gbps Ethernet ports powered by Intel hardware, as well as an M.2 slot for the Wi-Fi module.

ASUS has previously launched the PRO WS W790-ACE workstation motherboard, priced at 8,999 CNY, which supports four-channel memory and is more suitable for Xeon W-2400 series processors.
