ASUS updated the Zephyrus series gaming laptop product line at the CES 2023 exhibition. The appearance of the new laptop has not changed much, mainly using the latest CPU from AMD / Intel, and Equipped with Nvidia’s latest RTX 40 series graphics card.
ASUS Zephyrus has similar design elements to the Strix series but focuses more on being thinner, lighter, and more portable. The 2023 Zephyrus lineup is largely unchanged on the outside, focusing mostly on internal specs.
The most noteworthy model of the Zephyrus series is the dual-screen Zephyrus Duo. ASUS equips this laptop with an AMD 16-core Ryzen 9 Zen 4 processor and an Nvidia RTX 4090 processor for graphics. The maximum TGP is limited to 125W. It’s still pricey at nearly $4,000.
Other products in the Zephyrus series have also undergone major upgrades. The M16 has been completely redesigned and will feature up to a 13th-gen Intel Core i9 24-core CPU and NVIDIA RTX 4090 graphics. Packing ASUS’ latest TriFan cooling system and full-width radiator, the TGP on the latest model is 20W taller than its predecessor. The laptop casing has also been upgraded with a better finish, and the Asus Matrix display on the lid has been greatly improved. The new Zephyrus laptops will be available starting late in the first quarter of 2023.
