AMD’s X3D series processors have always been the desktop processors that gamers love with their large-capacity 3D V-Cache cache.
According to multiple sources, X3D is about to land on the laptop platform. The blogger @hardware茶谈 posted a screenshot that seems to be a product introduction, mentioning the unreleased AMD Ryzen 9 7945HX3D processor, Zen4 architecture, 16 large cores and 32 threads, equipped with 128MB of L3 cache.
The source of the picture has been deleted, but it was reposted by the blogger @HXL, which added a certain degree of credibility.
In addition, the blogger @Everest posted another screenshot of the product configuration, showing that a laptop named ASUS ROG STRIX SCAR 17 will be equipped with an R9 7945HX3D processor, equipped with a Radeon 610M core display, and 32GB + 2TB storage.
Another screenshot shows that the processor can reach a maximum frequency of 5.4GHz. The new machine is also equipped with an RTX 4090 graphics card, and the price is US$5,599, which is not cheap.
