ASUS’s new ChromeBox mini host is on the market: supports 15W wireless charging
ASUS released a new Chromebox 5 mini-host in January this year, equipped with a 12th-generation Core U-series processor, which can provide 15W wireless charging.
Now, this series of mini hosts is on the market, and the i5-1240P / 8GB / 128GB specification is priced at US$660 (Currently about 4541 CNY).
According to reports, Asus’ Chromebox 5 runs lightweight ChromeOS, is equipped with a 12th generation Intel i7 processor inside, supports single-channel DDR4-3200 memory, and can choose PCIe Gen 4×4 SSD.
In terms of interface, this mini host has two HDMI, a DisplayPort, a 2.5Gbps Ethernet port, four USB-A ports, a front 3.5 mm headphone jack and microSD card reader, and a rear Thunderbolt 4 / USB -C. In addition, this mini host also supports Wi-Fi 6E wireless connection.
