ASUS and its brand ROG announced the Android 13 adaptation plan for smartphones via social media.

Asus

  • Zenfone 9: December 2022 onwards
  • Zenfone 8 series: January 2023 onwards

ROG

  • ROG Phone 6D / 6D Ultimate: from Q1 2023
  • ROG Phone 6/6 Pro: Q1 2023 onwards
  • ROG Phone 5/5s Series: from Q2 2023

It is important to note that ASUS and ROG said that the actual time may vary depending on the region and conditions.

Among them, the upcoming Android 13-adapted Asus Zenfone 9 was released in July this year, powered by Snapdragon 8 + Gen1 processor and equipped with a 5.9-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen. It comes with Android 12 pre-installed at launch and will officially receive two years of OS version updates and at least two years of security patches.
