ASRock announced at CES a new 34WQ15R3A monitor with 34-inch 3440*1440 165Hz specification and a built-in Wi-Fi antenna.
According to HKEPC’s test, using the monitor’s built-in Wi-Fi antenna can really improve the signal quality compared to the original antenna of the PC placed under the table.
According to the report, the testers placed the computer with Intel AX210 wireless networking module under the office desk and tested the network speed after connecting the motherboard’s original antenna and ASRock PG34WQ15R3A’s built-in antenna respectively. The results show that using the monitor’s built-in Wi-Fi antenna can increase the download and upload speed by about 270Mbps and 400Mbps compared to the traditional solution, which is a significant improvement.
According to ASRock, all Phantom Gaming high-end monitors are equipped with an exclusive integrated Wi-Fi antenna that prevents the signal from being obscured or interfered by the desktop by connecting the built-in antenna to the PC. In addition, the antenna is also compatible with Wi-Fi 4/5/6/6E/7, providing up to 7dBi gain, allowing the PC to effectively and stably receive Wi-Fi signals, creating a lag-free and smooth gaming experience for gamers.
