While Arctic hasn’t specified an exact release date for the LGA1851 socket, they have clearly mentioned that Arrow Lake will launch next year, killing the Meteor Lake-S series in some users’ imaginations.
LGA 1700 is Intel’s desktop processor socket for launch in 2021. It is designed to replace LGA 1200 and is compatible with the 12th generation processor Alder Lake, the 13th generation processor Raptor Lake and the 14th generation Raptor Lake Refresh, which is the 600/700 series. motherboard.
The Intel LGA 1851 socket is overall close to the existing LGA 1700, except that the number of pins has increased from 1700 to 1851.
