According to official news, the Arcfox Alpha S5 will start pre-sale on April 22. The car adopts a full-range 800V high-voltage architecture and is the brand’s second sedan product after the Alpha S. It has a range of more than 500 kilometers.
According to recent official previews, the car will be equipped with the fourth-generation “Jifeng” power and adopt a front and rear dual-motor four-wheel drive system. Its drag coefficient is 0.1925. The four-wheel drive version is equipped with a front synchronous + rear asynchronous dual motor combination, with a combined power of up to 390 kilowatts and a combined torque of 690 Nm.
The car was declared with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology as early as August last year. The length, width and height are 4820/1930/1480mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2900mm. In terms of power, the new car will also provide a single-motor model with a peak power of 185kW and be equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery as an entry-level option.
The car provides a variety of driving modes including runaway mode, track mode, and ejection start. The runaway mode combined with ejection start can achieve an acceleration time of 0.3.7 seconds. In track mode, users can customize vehicle parameters, including acceleration mode, torque distribution, energy recovery, stability assistance and other functions.
In terms of interior, according to previous reports by IT House, the instrument panel and door panel decoration of Arcfox Alpha S5 are made of Microcloud fiber velvet high-grade leather, and the frameless door design can effectively increase the field of vision in the A-pillar area. The new car is specially designed with an integrated sports cloud velvet seat, which has an 8-layer comfortable laminated structure. The surface layer is made of anti-fouling and environmentally friendly Menorca microfiber leather material; the thickness of the seat cushion layer is 81.846mm, and the thickness of the foam layer is 61mm. , providing excellent support and wrapping.
In terms of space layout, the front-row shoulder room of the Alpha S5 is 1478mm, the elbow room is 1550mm, and the hip room is 1440mm. There are a total of 24 storage spaces in the car, and a mobile phone holder is designed on the back of the seat. The trunk volume is 430L.
